MAPLE BUTTER TARTS
Put 1 cup raisins in unbaked tart shells
Mix: 1 ½ cups brown sugar,
½ cup Boddy’s maple syrup
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
6 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Pour into shells and bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, then at 350 F for 5 to 10 minutes more.
Keep filling from boiling.
