Automated Sap Collection

Boddy's utilize state of the art pipeline systems through out our sugar bushes to collect the sap and transport it to our Sugar House.

Grease and flour 9 x 11 “ pan. Set oven at 350 F.
Cream 1/3 cup butter and 1/3 cup white sugar
Add:  1/3 cup Boddy’s amber maple syrup,
2 eggs,
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (approx. 3)
1 tsp soda dissolved in 4 Tbsp evaporated milk or cream
1 tsp vanilla
Mix in another bowl:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Stir into liquids and beat approx. 3 minutes till smooth.
Pour into pan and bake at 350 F for 30 – 40 minutes.
