Maple Chocolate Syrup
In deep saucepan mix: 1 cup maple syrup
½ c cocoa
1 c water
¼ tsp salt
Boil gently, stirring constantly approx.. 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 tsp vanilla.
Store in covered container in fridge.
Uses:- For chocolate milk, add 1 T to a glass of milk.
- Top ice cream with syrup
- Mix scoop of ice cream, 1 c milk and 2 T syrup in tall glass for milk shake
