Boddy's utilize state of the art pipeline systems through out our sugar bushes to collect the sap and transport it to our Sugar House.
Wash and core baking apples and put in baking dish. In each apple centre, put 1 tsp. butter, 1 date, few raisins, 1 T maple syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon. Pour maple syrup and small amount of water around apples. Microwave on high till tender, approx. 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with large marshmallow in centre or omit and serve cold, with ice cream.
